No questions were answered this weekend because…well…we forgot to ask!

Weak excuses for not watching MLP FiM. Every episode is available on Youtube and Netflix in 1080p. Start from the beginning, the opening two eps are the best to explain who everyone is.
Also, can’t get into episodic shows – nothing infuriates more television or movie wise is knowing that there is going to be a next episode and: everyone is safe for that next episode (no real danger = not caring about action scenes and no fear for characters’ well being) and if you can jump into a plot-based show without watching every episode before hand and you completely or mostly understand what is going on, I have no interest in watching. IE, perfect example, 99% of cop dramas. This is also called the Villain of the Week type of show. If there is a new crime at the start of the episode and it’s solved by the end of that same episode or the following episode, why should give a shit, because I know everything is going to be OK in the end, I have zero connection to story or characters. A perfect example of episodic is Sliders. They constantly refer to things that never happened in the show (ie, remember that time we had to run away from the dinosaurs?) – if we didn’t see it in an episode, it didn’t happen, thus they are lying and I lose all connection I might have had with them (note: the Sliders pilot is without a doubt one of my favorite pilots of all time… then episode 2 happened).
The only episodic shows I can get into are the ones that you don’t take seriously at all and can have it in the background (family guy, simpsons, parks and rec, office, IT Crowd).
Also, WooWoo!
